I gave the My Cloud a static IP address and then forwarded external ports 8080, 8443 and internal ports 80 and 443. Quick installation of the Time Capsule, but took quite a bit of effort and research to successfully shut-off the wireless portion and the router aspects of the internet service provider's modem/router (ActionTec C1000A provided by CenturyLink), thereby allowing the Time Capsule to assume the sole role as the home network router.
